At Caterpillar Cross Stitch, we want you to be completely happy with your stitching project. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Email our customer care team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items, including patterns, threads, and fabric, are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a refund.

  Ship the Return

  Mail your package using a tracked service to our warehouse address provided in the authorization email; please keep your proof of postage.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
